Client Service Associate

We have an opportunity for a detail-oriented, client-centric Client Service Associate to join a collaborative advisory team. This is a non-sales role designed for a professional interested in deepening their planning experience and advancing toward future advisory responsibilities.

• Support client meetings through preparation of agendas, materials, and follow-up summaries
• Participate in client calls and meetings as a secondary resource, providing documentation and managing action items
• Respond to client requests with professionalism, accuracy, and efficiency
• Assist with portfolio reviews and ensure alignment with each client’s financial plan
• Coordinate implementation of financial strategies across investments, insurance, estate planning, and more
• Maintain accurate client records in the firm’s CRM and ensure compliance with internal protocols
• Collaborate with planning and investment teams to deliver integrated client service
• Track and follow through on meeting prep, planning tasks, and operational items

• 2+ years of experience in financial services, client service, or advisory support
• Series 65 or equivalent preferred (or willingness to obtain)
• Excellent communication skills — verbal, written, and interpersonal
• Technically proficient; experience with tools like eMoney or similar a plus
• Highly organized and attentive to detail; able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
