Summary: Our valued client, an award-winning wealth management firm, is in search of a licensed Wealth Advisor to join their team! This position is onsite in Madison WI, full-time Monday-Friday 8:00 a.m.

- 4:30 p.m. Pay is competitive based on experience and licensure, and competitive benefits are available. This is a great opportunity to join a growing firm!

Responsibilities:

• Identify and engage potential clients for new or ongoing financial planning relationships
• Develop tailored recommendations, and prepare planning deliverables
• Conduct client meetings, deliver recommendations effectively, and address client questions and concerns
• Maintain regular communication with clients, ensure follow-up actions are completed, and update client records accurately
• Stay informed on economic trends and market changes to guide strategic portfolio adjustments
• Evaluate clients’ financial goals, and provide appropriate investment recommendations
• Develop and deliver financial solutions, guiding clients toward informed action on financial advice

Qualifications:

• Associate or Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in wealth and account management required
• Licensure required:
  Series 65 or Series 66
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work with diverse group of people and businesses
• Ability and willingness to quickly learn information, and work with little supervision
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of both client and staff information
