Job Title
Wealth Management Operations Specialist – Part‑time, Onsite at Waukesha State Bank
Responsibilities- Support key functions across Retirement Plan Services, Investment, and Personal Trust departments.
- Handle daily cash settlement and balancing, approve cash disbursements, generate fees, and reconcile accounts.
- Monitor advisor trades and assist with scanning and document management.
- Ensure accuracy, efficiency, and smooth daily operations for the team and clients.
- Minimum one year of financial services experience.
- Solid understanding of investment advisory products and fiduciary account structures.
- Strong analytical skills and excellent communication.
- Ability to manage competing priorities.
- Must be able to obtain an active NMLS record.
- Will need to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
Consistent weekday schedule (part‑time, onsite). This role offers impact within a community‑focused bank.
