Edward Jones is looking for an Associate Financial Advisor to join our licensed branch team. Your role will support a senior Financial Advisor in serving clients, growing the branch, and positively impacting our communities.

- Collect suitability information and develop personalized strategies for existing and newly acquired clients.
- Meet with clients regularly to track progress, uncover additional assets, address concerns, and adjust strategies.
- Partner with attorneys, accountants, trust officers, and other professionals to fully understand client goals.
- Research portfolio performance, fees, and asset allocation; make recommendations to clients.
- Collaborate with the Financial Advisor and branch team to align and monitor the branch business plan.
- Cultivate relationships with community organizations and businesses to maintain presence and secure referrals.
- Coordinate with the Financial Advisor to acquire new clients through face‑to‑face and virtual sourcing strategies.
- Continuously develop your personal and professional skills.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required;
Bachelor’s degree preferred. - Series 7 and Series 66 registrations required; if not currently registered, training will be provided.
- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant securities industry experience preferred.
- FINRA licenses required within three months; state insurance licenses required.
- Completion of all ongoing training and regulatory requirements to maintain license in good standing.

Hiring Minimum: $65,000.00
