Tax Advisor

Compensation: (two options for seasonal of full time employee)

• W2: $60–75k base + 10% bonus of tax revenue per return
• 1099: 40% of tax revenue per return (12-week seasonal role)

• Manage end-to-end tax preparation
• Research complex issues and optimize client outcomes
• Support clients through audits, appeals, and planning

• No Sunday meetings even though the office remains open

• 2–3+ years of tax preparation experience
