This is an exciting opportunity to serve as a trusted business advisor, delivering financial consulting services to developers, institutional investors, and other stakeholders related to projects financed with Historic Tax Credits, Low-Income Housing Tax Credits, and other tax incentivized subsidies.

We serve developers, property owners, state housing finance agencies, public housing authorities, syndicators, and investors across the United States, providing proactive guidance on development, compliance, risk, and strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build, maintain, and review complex Excel financial models for real estate tax credit investments.
  • Develop financial projections, investment analyses, and transaction scenarios.
  • Serve as the primary client contact throughout the transaction lifecycle, partnering with developers, investors, attorneys, and internal stakeholders.
  • Manage multiple client engagements and transactions independently with minimal supervision.
