Vice President of Finance

Salary: $200,000 - $230,000 Base + STI + LTI

Key Responsibilities for the Vice President of Finance:

• Lead company-wide financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management

• Oversee financial reporting, accounting operations, internal controls, audits, and tax compliance

• Develop and maintain long-range financial models to support growth and capital allocation decisions

• Build executive-level KPI dashboards and financial reporting to support strategic decision-making

• Partner with senior leadership on pricing, profitability, risk management, and business planning initiatives

• Lead, mentor, and develop the Finance team while driving process improvements and technology adoption

Qualifications for the Vice President of Finance:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting or Finance with CPA or CMA

• 10+ years of progressive finance and accounting leadership experience

• Strong expertise in GAAP, financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, internal controls, and cost accounting

• Experience leading multi-year strategic planning initiatives; homebuilding or construction industry experience preferred
