Behavior Health Technician
Behavior Technicians provide direct clinical services to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and related developmental disabilities using the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Services are delivered either in school, in center, or a combination of both under the supervision of a BCBA or senior staff.
Pay Range$18.00/yr - $23.00/yr
- High School Diploma
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and ability to lift 50 lbs
- 18 years of age or older
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, ABA, or related field
- Experience working in schools, daycares, or community settings
- Experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder
- Must pass background checks and comply with HIPAA confidentiality standards
- Ability to assume physical postures (kneeling, squatting, standing, moving quickly) as needed for client safety
