Full Time Caregiver – West Madison – Options In Community Living

Location: Westside Madison

Hourly Rate: $17.75/hour

Schedule: Mon/Tues 2 pm‑10 pm; every other Sat/Sun 6 am‑2 pm; every Sat/Sun 2 pm‑10 pm

Requirements: Must have a WI Driver's License and a clean driving record to operate the Options van.

• Support an individual to live their best life
• Provide full personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Provide companionship and engage in activities
• Create a calm and soothing atmosphere
• Encourage communication and help the individual express themselves
• Develop a trusting relationship, honoring the individual's autonomy
• Have fun!

• A supervisor available 24/7
• A set schedule with options to pick up more hours
• Extra pay when filling in ($2.50/hr)
• Paid training ($17.00/hr)
• Paid hire meeting & orientation ($17.00/hr)
• Paid holidays (1.5x your pay rate)
