Surgical Technologist – UW Health

Join our remarkable inpatient surgery team at UW Health, a Level 1 Trauma Center in Madison, WI. We provide a supportive environment performing complex procedures for patients worldwide.

Part‑time, 90% FTE, day/evening shifts. Shifts scheduled 7:00 am–7:30 pm with weekend, holiday, and on‑call requirements. Hours may vary.

• $13,500 sign‑on bonus (pro‑rated by FTE)

• Prepare the operating room prior to surgery
• Work with world‑renowned surgeons in a Level 1 Trauma Center
• Assist during complex surgical procedures
• Anticipate surgeon needs during surgery

• Completion of a Surgical Technologist program (required)
• Experience:
  
  2 years of Surgical Technologist experience may be considered in lieu of program completion
• Preferred: 1 year of experience as a Surgical Technologist
• Basic Life Support/CPR certification within 6 months (required)
• Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) preferred
