100%, day shift. Monday - Friday 8:00AM - 4:30PM. This is a hybrid role, with on-site requirements up to 10 days per year. Work location will be University Hospital in Madison, WI when on-site. Hours may vary based on operational needs of the department.

ResponsibilitiesWe are seeking a Medical Equipment Data Analyst to:
- Use strong expertise in CMMS systems and database management to serve as the primary CMMS resource, acting as the source of truth for asset and work order data, while managing data on recall and patient safety events.
- Gather feedback from HTM teams on processes and share insights with leadership for continuous improvement.
- Create and deliver daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reports as requested, ensuring proficiency in presenting data clearly and effectively.
- Build and maintain training programs and provide skills updates for HTM staff on CMMS processes and best practices with excellent communication skills.

- Associate's Degree or equivalent and post‑High School education focused in data analysis, Biomedical Engineering, Information Systems or related field, and/or equivalent combination of applicable military education and experience. (Required)
- Associate's Degree in Biomedical Engineering or Information Management System fields. (Preferred)
- 2 years CMMS database administration or in a data processing and IT maintenance related field. (Required)
- Biomedical Engineering background with experience in Medical Equipment Inventory and Data‑Base Management. (Preferred)
