Job Summary

Join the #1 hospital in Wisconsin where you’ll be the gateway tošten remarkable healthcare by providing excellent phone‑based customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Take incoming phone calls from patients and their families to assist them with appointment scheduling needs.
  • Make outgoing phone calls to patients to schedule appointments.
  • Coordinate with clinic staff to ensure patients receive appropriate care in a timely manner.
Work Schedule

Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM. Hours may vary based on operational needs.

Education
  • Minimum – High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Preferred – Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare, or other related field.
Work Experience
  • Minimum – One (1) year of previous experience working in an office or customer service environment.
  • Preferred – Previous experience working in healthcare, experience scheduling patients, and experience coordinating multiple activities in an office setting.
