As a Behavior Technician (BT), you’ll help children achieve life-changing milestones - like saying "I love you" for the first time. Using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), you’ll guide children through fun, skill-building activities that promote growth and reduce challenging behaviors.

• No experience required - we provide paid training to become a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

• 18+ years required
• High school diploma or GED required
• Strong work ethic
• Comfortable playing with children
