• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• 2-4 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Strong background in reimbursement operations and fluency in medical terminology
• Demonstrated leadership and effective communication skills
• Highly developed organizational and planning abilities

• Proven track record of delivering results in a large organization through collaboration
• Knowledgeable in the reimbursement and appeals processes
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to present effectively at all levels
