Allied Travel Careers  is working with Concentric Healthcare Staffing to find a qualified Vascular Tech in Medford, Wisconsin, 54451!

ECHO Vascular Technician

Medford, WI | Outpatient / Inpatient

Contract (13 Weeks) | Onsite | Days | 8-hour shifts (7:00 AM–3:30 PM or 8:00 AM–4:30 PM) | Expected 40 hours/week | Generally no weekends; holidays required as needed

• Perform routine general ultrasound vascular studies including arterial studies, venous duplex, and carotid imaging, averaging 6–8 echocardiograms per day
• Serve as the primary Echo technician onsite, supporting a predominantly outpatient caseload with some inpatient volume daily
• Demonstrate ECG interpretive skills including identification and differentiation of arrhythmias and knowledge of routine cardiovascular pharmacological agents
• Document and chart patient information accurately; Epic charting experience highly preferred
• May float to other regional locations as needed
• Adhere to facility infection control policies, including masking requirements during flu season if vaccination is declined

• Minimum 2 years of vascular ultrasound experience required
• Active BLS certification required (AHA or ARC accepted)
• One of the following active certifications required: CCI RDCS or RCS — OR — ARDMS RVT or RVS
• Routine general ultrasound vascular experience required (arterial studies, venous duplex, carotids)
• Must live outside a 50-mile radius of the facility to be eligible

• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in an allied health field preferred
• Epic charting experience strongly preferred
• Ability to adapt to change, manage low-census situations, and work effectively as a sole Echo technician onsite
• Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative, resilient work style

• Opportunity to work as the primary Echo Vascular Technician in a supportive clinical environment with a consistent daily caseload
• No on-call or call-back requirements under standard scheduling; low-census on-call hours, if applicable, include call-back pay with a 2-hour minimum
