Dietitian Nutritionist

Sodexo seeks a Dietitian Nutritionist I to deliver compassionate, evidence-based nutrition care within our accommodation and food services operations. In this entry-level role, you’ll complete nutrition assessments, develop care plans, and support menu planning that aligns with health needs, regulations, and client standards. You’ll provide 1:1 counseling and group education, document in electronic systems, and collaborate with culinary and clinical teams.

• Perform nutrition assessments and develop individualized nutrition care plans
• Provide 1:1 and group nutrition education and counseling
• Support menu planning and nutrient analysis to meet standards and regulations
• Collaborate with culinary, clinical, and operations teams to align food service with health goals
• Document care in electronic systems accurately and timely
• Monitor and evaluate patient/client outcomes and adjust plans as needed
• Ensure compliance with food safety, regulatory, and accreditation requirements
• Participate in quality improvement and wellness initiatives
• Communicate with clients, families, and staff to support understanding of nutrition goals
• Engage in ongoing professional development and Sodexo training programs
• Medical nutrition therapy
