Earn $10–$17/hour, work around your class schedule, and gain hands‑on experience supporting older adults. You’ll also receive mentorship from Dr. Logan DuBose, MD, MBA, a primary care physician and co-founder of Olera, with guidance to help you prepare for professional school and your future healthcare career.

As a Student Caregiver, you’ll be matched with a local home care agency based on your availability and their current needs. This program is designed to give you more than a part‑time job, providing hands‑on caregiving experience and mentorship as you build your healthcare experience.

• Conversation and companionship
• Medication reminders and patient monitoring
• Transportation, errands, and grocery shopping
• Light housekeeping and laundry
• Transfers and mobility assistance

We’re looking for reliable, compassionate students who:

• Can work at least 15 hours per week
• Can commit for at least 3 months (multiple semesters preferred)
• Have a genuine interest in helping others
• Are willing to learn new caregiving skills
• Have access to a personal vehicle

Prior caregiving experience is helpful but not required. Training provided by your employer depending on the position.
