Position Title: CATERING ATTENDANT

Pay Range: $16.00 to $17.00

You’ll play a key role in delivering top-notch food and service to fans, ensuring their experience is nothing short of excellent. This role involves preparing and serving food at high-volume events, maintaining cleanliness, and providing exceptional customer service.

• Assemble and deliver food and supplies to their designated locations for catered events.
• Monitor and maintain food temperatures to ensure food quality and safety.
• Replenish food supplies in guest areas to ensure constant availability.
• Clean up after events, ensuring the venue is tidy and ready for the next event.
• Provide friendly and courteous service to guests at all times.
• Keep a thorough knowledge of the event menu to assist guests with any inquiries.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following safety and sanitation procedures.
• Perform other duties as needed to ensure successful events.

• Positive, team-oriented attitude with a friendly demeanor.
• Availability to work majority of events at the Kohl Center for the  season.
• Willingness to complete Serv Safe Alcohol Certification and Serv Safe Food Handler Certifications.
• Previous food preparation and service experience preferred but not required, if you're right for the team we're willing to train!
• Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift and move 40-50lbs and stand or walk for long periods.
