Full‑Time Housekeeper – Hyatt Place Madison/Downtown, Mount Horeb, WI

Hyatt Place offers guests a relaxed yet high‑standard experience. As a Housekeeper, you’ll be the key to maintaining that environment, providing clean, comfortable rooms and exceptional service to our guests.

Mon‑Fri: 8:00 am – 4:30 pm
Sat‑Sun: 9:00 am – 5:30 pm
Must work weekends and holidays.

• Maintain cleanliness of assigned guest rooms, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
• Communicate professionally with guests and the Housekeeping team.
• Follow hotel policies and procedures for safety, quality, and standardized cleaning.
• Assist in first‑time cleaning of new rooms and maintenance of supplies.

• Customer service experience preferred, but not required.
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Capable of lifting, pulling, and pushing moderate weight (minimum 20 lbs).
• Minimum age 18 years.
• Strong desire to satisfy guest needs and work a flexible schedule.
• Full‑time or part‑time schedule with weekend and holiday availability.

$15.50 per hour.
