- Web Sphere Administrator role at Focused HR Solutions.
This position is for 12+ months, with the possibility of extension, and is primarily remote within the State of WI. Candidates must work CST business hours.

Responsibilities include:
- Installation, maintenance, administration, and monitoring of Web Sphere Software on Linux and Windows.
- Proactive problem resolution and alert management.
- Connectivity troubleshooting, user support, and debugging.
- Support for Web Sphere Application Server and Web Sphere Portal.
Preferred skills:
- Experience supporting Web Sphere products.
- Scripting skills in Bash, Korn, or Jython.
- Knowledge of change management in complex hosting environments.
- 5+ years of experience with Web Sphere installation, maintenance, and monitoring.
- Proactive problem-solving abilities.
- Technical support experience with Web Sphere Application Server.
- Scripting skills and knowledge of change management practices.
