Responsibilities- Engage with business leaders, process owners, technical staff and end-users to gather and analyze requirements.
- Translate business needs into SAP functional specifications and configure the relevant SAP modules accordingly.
- Design and document business processes, ensuring efficient use and integration of SAP functionalities.
- Conduct unit, integration, and user acceptance testing of SAP solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues within the SAP system.
- Develop and deliver end-user training and provide ongoing support post-implementation.
- Collaborate with technical teams (ABAP developers, Basis, etc.) for enhancements and custom development.
- Stay updated with the latest SAP S4/HANA features, best practices, and industry trends.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years' experience as an SAP Functional Consultant in the relevant module area.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes within the chosen specialization.
- Experience with SAP S4/HANA implementations, configurations, and migrations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills, with an ability to liaise effectively between business and technical teams.
- Certification in SAP S4/HANA (preferred, not mandatory).
- Hands-on experience in SAP MM, PP, QM, and PM modules.
- Knowledge of manufacturing operations, supply chain logistics, and maintenance management.
- Ability to map business processes for inventory control, procurement cycles, production scheduling, and plant maintenance activities.
- Familiarity with integration points between Operations modules and other SAP areas (e.g., Finance, Sales).
