Mulesoft Technical Architect Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Mulesoft Technical Architect to join our team in Madison, WI. The role demands strong technical knowledge, problem‑solving abilities, and close collaboration with development, QA, and platform support teams. The candidate will be on‑call for after‑hours support and will help guide offshore team members.

• Strong Mulesoft technical knowledge – MCD certification preferred
• Experience with Mulesoft connector for Salesforce and Big Query (desired)
• Experience with monitoring tools such as Datadog or Dynatrace
• Problem solving – Ability to diagnose and resolve issues quickly, analytical thinking to identify root causes, resourcefulness in troubleshooting under pressure
• Communication skills – Clear, concise communication with technical and non‑technical stakeholders, ability to convey information between onsite and offshore teams
• Attention to detail – Careful monitoring of systems and logs, thorough documentation of incidents and resolutions
• Teamwork and collaboration – Working effectively with development, QA, and platform support teams, willingness to share knowledge and assist others
• On‑call readiness – Willingness to be on‑call for after‑hours support
• Leadership – Guides and motivates offshore team members
