Description: This role supports the infrastructure for AI and machine learning platforms, ensuring reliability, security, and scalability. Located in Madison, WI, this full‑time position involves implementing cloud infrastructure, automating deployments, and maintaining observability and reliability capabilities. The ideal candidate will work with various teams to ensure efficient AI workloads using generic cloud and infrastructure technologies.

• Implement and maintain cloud infrastructure for AI/ML workloads, including compute clusters, networking, and storage services.
• Develop infrastructure‑as‑code modules to standardize environment creation and configuration.
• Support continuous integration and deployment systems for platform services and machine learning workflows.
• Integrate observability tools and dashboards to monitor system health, performance, and utilization.
• Assist in incident response, troubleshooting, and root‑cause analysis for AI platform services.

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• 2‑4 years of experience in cloud engineering, Dev Ops, SRE, or infrastructure‑focused roles.
• Working knowledge of major cloud services.
• Hands‑on experience with infrastructure‑as‑code tools.
• Experience with continuous integration and deployment pipelines and container orchestration.
