URUS is hiring for a hybrid role in the Madison, WI area, where you'll help shape business decisions by developing and enhancing critical SSRS reporting solutions. The Reporting Analyst will work closely with a collaborative team to support, enhance, and develop SSRS reporting solutions and associated databases. This position plays a critical role in ensuring data-driven insights are delivered accurately and efficiently across the organization.
Key Skills &
Qualifications:
- Strong hands-on experience with SSRS report development, including deployment best practices.
- Proficient in SQL Server programming (stored procedures, views, tables, indexes).
- Familiarity with source control using Visual Studio Team Services (Azure Dev Ops).
- Experience with MS Access, VBA, and Visual Basic.
- Working knowledge of ASP.Net.
- Background in application development utilizing back-end databases in multi-tiered architectures.
- Ability to partner effectively with end-users and cross-functional team members.
- Excellent analytical and decision-making abilities, strong communication skills, and the capacity to produce clear technical and business documentation.
- Proven success in managing conflicting priorities with a proactive, solution-focused approach.
- Experience working with ERP systems (e.g., JD Edwards) is a plus.
Education and Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Microsoft Certifications in SQL Server development.
- Demonstrated commitment to ongoing learning through training and certifications.
- 5+ years of relevant industry experience.
