Pay: $65.00–$70.00 per hour
Required Skills & Years Of Experience- 7+ Years technical lead experience analyzing and recommending technology solutions.
- 7+ Years leading project teams as a technical expert in system implementation.
- 10+ Years expert system administration of Microsoft Windows servers.
- 5+ Years high‑level knowledge of Omnissa Horizon and vSphere.
- Strong communication skills; provide clear status updates to client management.
- Experience with Active Directory, Group Policy, DFS, DHCP, DNS, and supporting core services.
- Expert knowledge of certificate services and maintaining authentication systems.
- Comfort with hands‑on systems while guiding the team strategically.
- Knowledge of Omnissa Horizon, vSphere, design, deployment, and troubleshooting of virtual desktop environments.
- 10 Years Windows Server administration across all current supported OS versions.
- 10 Years Active Directory Group Policy implementation and troubleshooting.
- 7 Years expert knowledge supporting certificate services.
- 7 Years implementing technology best practices.
- 7 Years MS Visio documentation for complex infrastructure.
- 7 Years configuring LDAP.
- 7 Years leading teams and projects.
- 5 Years expertise in multi‑factor authentication services.
- 5 Years high‑level knowledge of Omnissa Horizon and vSphere.
- 3 Years MS Office 365 support – Teams, email.
- 3 Years system administrator for MS Azure subscriptions and services.
- Work closely with IT professionals to ensure technical components are available and functioning for projects.
- Monitor progress of initiatives, provide detailed specifications, and define clear goals.
- Direct a small team, improve operational support/maintenance, and document processes.
- Provide leadership and subject‑matter expertise in administration, maintenance, and support of backend systems.
- Manage workload of team members and on‑call support functions.
- Engage constructively with team members, fostering collaboration and trust.
- Guide the team and contribute directly to technical problem‑solving.
- Document and monitor requirements for proposed updates or new services, anticipate challenges.
- Serve as a technical lead for backend infrastructure services, including AD, ADFS, Group Policy, DFS, Azure subscriptions, DHCP, networking protocols.
- Provide third‑level technical support for VDI, monitoring tools, MFA, storage, backup, Power Shell scripting, and customized applications.
- Possess high‑level understanding of networking protocols and connectivity.
