• Provide basic desktop support for all staff, primarily in the Windows operating system
• Troubleshoot software and hardware issues as they occur
• Orient new employees to desktop applications and systems
• Troubleshoot printers and other device issues as necessary
• Maintain IT hardware and software inventory for the organization

• Knowledge of Office 365 tools
• Ability to provide customer service to internal staff through good communication and problem‑solving
• Ability to troubleshoot in the Windows environment, including basic desktop operations and printers
• Understanding of basic security practices
• Availability for part‑time hours, preferably some mornings each week

• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite tools and web design and development, or an interest in learning
