Data Analyst
We're seeking a strategic Program Manager to coordinate the discovery and reengineering of the collection and storage of product related data. This role will bridge the gap between various business units, technical teams, and stakeholders to establish a cohesive strategy that drives product catalog decisions that support our native and Amazon Marketplace channels.
Key Job Responsibilities- Coordinate the discovery process to identify, map, and document current product catalog data flows, dependencies, and pain points
- Partner on the development and execution of a strategic roadmap for modernizing product catalog infrastructure to support multi-channel requirements
- Facilitate the definition and standardization of product data attributes, taxonomy, and hierarchies across channels
- Coordinate with Amazon Marketplace teams to ensure compliance with their data requirements and best practices
- Drive the implementation of data quality frameworks and validation processes
- Partner with engineering teams to design scalable catalog management solutions
- Establish governance processes for product data creation, enrichment, and maintenance
- Identify automation and AI opportunities to optimize item attribute capture activities and workflows
- 5+ years of program or project management experience
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience with in e-commerce or Retail fields
- Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders
- Experience in e-commerce product listing & catalog
- Experience developing, deploying and managing AI products at scale
- Experience with product information (PIM) systems
- Experience with Amazon Marketplace operations and seller tools

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $104,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market.
Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
