We are looking for 3 contract Associate Deployment Technicians to support our enterprise-level Windows 11 workstation refresh and Citrix Thin Client replacement initiative. This role is ideal for candidates with hands‑on desktop support or deployment experience who want to enhance their skills in SCCM and Citrix environments while collaborating with senior engineers. Work hours are 1 pm‑9 pm Monday through Friday, and you will travel to different sites in the Madison area.
The contract lasts 10–11 months.
- Play a key role in the transition from Windows 10 to Windows 11 across the enterprise.
- Support imaging and deployment of Windows 11 devices using SCCM, gaining hands‑on experience with enterprise‑level tools.
- Perform device swaps, workstation refreshes, and initial configurations to ensure smooth user experiences.
- Validate functionality (login, applications, network connectivity) and escalate complex issues to senior engineers to develop advanced troubleshooting skills.
- Contribute to modernizing the environment by replacing and configuring Citrix Thin Clients.
- Gain exposure to WMS provisioning and configuration processes.
- Verify Citrix session connectivity and troubleshoot common issues, building strong problem‑solving skills.
- Participate in a high‑impact project replacing credit card machines enterprise‑wide, showcasing organizational and technical skills.
- Deliver exceptional desk‑side and floor support during deployment waves, enhancing communication and customer service skills.
- Follow documented deployment and change management procedures, reinforcing best practices in IT operations.
- Update asset records and deployment tracking tools in Service Now, gaining experience with ITSM platforms.

Pay & Benefits- Pay range: $18.00 – $25.00/hr.
