Hourly Rate: $32.00–$34.00
Candidates must be current Wisconsin residents. No relocation is allowed. This position can work remote or in the office and may be asked to travel to various offices to install equipment as needed; client will reimburse travel expenses.
Qualifications- At least 5 to 7 years of experience in a customer‑facing, multi‑tier technology support role
- Experience with ticketing systems, documentation, customer communication, and first‑call resolution
- Experience supporting networked environments, connectivity standards, security, and related infrastructure
- Experience with remote support tools (screen sharing, voice, chat, etc.)
- Experience building support workflows, diagrams, and service calendars
- On‑call technical support experience in a non‑prime shift environment
- Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Only those lawfully authorized to work in the designated country will be considered
- Position start dates and duration are estimates and may be adjusted based on business needs
- Preferred:
Experience on Agile project teams; legacy and modern technology knowledge; system design and automation; inventory and vendor management - C2C is not available
- Serve as the point of contact for customers seeking multi‑tier technical assistance via phone, email, or ticketing system
- Perform remote support and resolve customer requests
- Manage support tickets in a timely manner, documenting all related work and providing status updates
- Develop and modify knowledge base articles related to solutions
- Collaborate with technical teams to plan, install, maintain, and recover network, server, and other infrastructure equipment in client offices and data centers
- Monitor and resolve network and system connectivity, performance, and security issues to improve reliability and compliance
- Develop and maintain diagrams, procedures, and documentation for client office infrastructure support
- Implement infrastructure performance and security improvements based on customer feedback
- Audit system security with team members to maintain regulatory and policy compliance
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with team, customers, vendors, and others, using excellent customer service principles
