As a Solution Architect
, you will play a critical role in designing and implementing innovative solutions that power our technnologies that our clients interact with daily! You’ll partner with business leaders and technical teams to deliver scalable, reliable, and future-ready systems.

In this role, you will:

Design and implement agile solutions, including proof-of-concept projects, to explore emerging technologies.

Provide architectural guidance and integration expertise to ensure smooth project execution.

Lead and mentor teams through solution design, development, and deployment.

Collaborate with stakeholders to align business needs with technical solutions.

Identify and recommend digital technologies to drive data-driven engagement, business intelligence, and new service offerings.

Partner with sales and marketing to develop a three-year digital roadmap.

Coordinate resources across onshore and offshore teams to deliver high-quality results.

Ensure compliance with legal and corporate standards in all technology initiatives.

You are a forward-thinking architect with a passion for solving complex problems and a talent for bridging business and technology. You bring:

Education: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited 4-year institution.

Experience: 5–10 years in digital solution architecture, systems design, or related fields.

Expertise: Proven ability to innovate and lead large-scale projects touching CCaaS (we use Genesys), CRM (we use Salesforce), and related compliance matters that guide platform specifications.

Communication skills: Strong verbal and written abilities to build relationships across teams and levels.

Mindset: Collaborative, influencial, adaptable, and eager to learn in a dynamic environment.
