• Engage with business leaders, process owners, technical staff and end‑users to gather and analyze requirements.
• Translate business needs into SAP functional specifications and configure the relevant SAP modules accordingly.
• Design and document business processes, ensuring efficient use and integration of SAP functionalities.
• Conduct unit, integration, and user acceptance testing of SAP solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues within the SAP system.
• Develop and deliver end‑user training and provide ongoing support post‑implementation.
• Collaborate with technical teams (ABAP developers, Basis, etc.) for enhancements and custom development.
• Stay updated with the latest SAP S4/HANA features, best practices, and industry trends.

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3‑5 years of experience as an SAP Functional Consultant in the relevant module area.
• Strong understanding of end‑to‑end business processes within the chosen specialization.
• Experience with SAP S4/HANA implementations, configurations, and migrations.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Strong communication skills, with an ability to liaise effectively between business and technical teams.
• Certification in SAP S4/HANA (preferred, not mandatory).

• Hands‑on experience in SAP MM, PP, QM, and PM modules.
• Knowledge of manufacturing operations, supply chain logistics, and maintenance management.
• Ability to map business processes for inventory control, procurement cycles, production scheduling, and plant maintenance activities.
• Familiarity with integration points between Operations modules and other SAP areas (e.g., Finance, Sales).

This position requires a pre‑employment drug/alcohol test and background check, which will be administered after a conditional job offer is extended.
