Our client is seeking a Security Analyst to join their team. As a Security Analyst, you will be part of the Information Security Department supporting the Security Team. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and a proactive approach to security challenges, which will align successfully in the organization.

Must be a CURRENT WI resident. No relocation allowed. This position can work 100% remote.

What's the Job?

Develop and maintain information security policies and workforce training programs Provide advanced security policy analysis and serve as a resource for staff and leadership Lead projects to implement new security controls and monitor compliance with security policies Operate and monitor security control systems at ETF on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis Evaluate and implement vendor security offerings to enhance organizational security posture

What's Needed?

Minimum of 5+ years in IT Security At least 8+ years of experience as an IT Professional 4+ years of project leadership experience Experience evaluating and implementing vendor security solutions for 4+ years Strong attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication skills
