Aprilaire is seeking an L1 IT Support Technician to serve as the front line for deskside support across office, manufacturing, and light industrial environments in the Madison, WI area.
You will log, triage, and escalate tickets via Fresh service, image Windows endpoints, and assist with identity tasks, mobility devices, and asset management. This role provides exposure to enterprise IT within a manufacturing setting and modern workplace tooling.
