** The Opportunity
** Our Information Technology Internship Program provides a meaningful, professional, hands-on experience to students with proven academic performance and problem-solving potential. We hire students majoring in Computer Science, Information Technology, Product Design, Business Administration, Data Science/Business Analytics, and UX/UI Design & Research into our programs based on business needs. Ideal candidates will combine technical and business knowledge with analytical strength and creative problem-solving abilities.
** Internships will be located onsite in Madison, WI at the Cancer Diagnostics headquarters
**** Technical Support Analyst
*** Incident and Ticket Resolution
* Systems and Application Support
* IT Service Management
* Enterprise Systems Troubleshooting
* End-User Support Operations
** URx / UI
*** User Experience Research
* User Interface Design
* Product Design & Prototyping
* Data Science / Business Analytics
* Business Process & Requirements Analysis
** Minimum Qualifications
*** Completed at least one year of college coursework prior to the start of the internship.
* Candidates must be returning to school following the internship assignment.
* Pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree   +
** Technical Support Analyst
** candidates should be pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or Computer Engineering.  +
** URx/UI candidates
** should be pursuing a degree in Product Design, Business Administration, Data Science/Business Analytics, Industrial Design or UX/UI Design & Research.
* Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future
** Preferred Qualifications
*** Must have a strong academic record with a minimum GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale.
** The base pay for this position is**$16.85 – $33.75/hour

In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
