IT Consultant, Systems Analyst
Hybrid role with preference for 2-3 days per week onsite in Milwaukee Deep hands-on experience with Workday, especially in HCM systems
Ability to collaborate with business stakeholders and challenge third-party integrator's design decisions
Strong leadership and communication skills to influence decisions
Heavy involvement with the HRIS team (project is driven by HRIS)
Reports to the Technology team but works cross-functionally
Must be able to independently drive and guide architectural decisions
Strong background in Core HCM, Payroll, and Security modules
Workday Pro certification is highly desirable
Experience across multiple Workday modules is a plus Consulting background (e.g., Workday consulting partners or Big 5 firms) is valuable
