• Compensation: $80,000 - $100,000 + Annual bonuses

RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THE SYSTEM ADMINISTRATOR

• Provide information and systems counsel and guidance to management personnel throughout the organization
• Formulate and recommend policies and objectives for network, PC and information technology
• Maintain knowledge of industry developments to incorporate new advancements in communication and information systems
• Direct the design, development and maintenance of systems, programs, and systems software
• Establish information system policies, standards, practices and security measures
• Serve as central point of contact for system users to address questions and report problems
• Manage the telephone system
• Diagnose and resolve network and computer problems
• Install and upgrade computer equipment for management and administrative personnel
• Estimate resource requirements and costs for network services
• Perform additional duties as required to meet organizational objectives and customer requirements

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE FOR THE SYSTEM ADMINISTRATOR

• Overall working knowledge of network, computer and telephone technologies
• Ability to diagnose and repair network problems
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with personnel, staff and outside vendors
• Physical capability to install and upgrade computer equipment
• Strong organizational and planning skills
• Ability to train others in proper use of company software
