Summary:
The Manager, Technical Delivery is a hands-on leader responsible for technical solution execution, quality, development standards, release readiness, and technical team leadership. This role combines strategic leadership with billable client work and requires someone comfortable leading technical teams while remaining actively involved in architecture and implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead developers, analysts, architects, and technical consultants across client engagements
* Own solution architecture, technical design, feasibility, estimates, implementation, quality, and release readiness
* Translate business requirements into technical specifications and actionable development work
* Oversee delivery from requirements through development, testing, deployment, and post-launch support
* Serve as an escalation point for complex integrations, platform limitations, and technical risks
* Establish technical standards, QA/testing processes, documentation, and development best practices
* Own deployment and release governance, including version control, code promotion, peer review, rollback planning, and production validation
* Establish scalable processes and governance using Jira and related tools
* Manage team capacity, resource planning, coaching, skill development, and technical performance
* Identify skill gaps and support hiring, training, and resource planning
* Support pre-sales discovery, solution architecture, estimates, SOWs, and RFP responses
* Partner closely with Client Delivery to align technical execution with project priorities, budgets, timelines, and client commitmentsRequirements
* Technical delivery, solution architecture, engineering, or technology consulting leadership experience
* Experience leading technical teams in a client-services environment while remaining hands-on
* Strong experience with CRM, data platforms, integrations, marketing technology, or healthcare technology
* Experience with technical implementations, QA, release management, deployment governance, and Jira or similar tools
* Strong client communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills

* Salesforce Health, Sales, Service, Marketing and/or Data Cloud;
Epic platforms
* Healthcare CRM;
Git Hub, Copado, integrations, marketing automation, and healthcare data/security environments
Job Type Contract Compensation
60 - $70
