You will handle multi‑million dollar disputes, minimize risk via proactive counseling, and represent the company in high‑stakes proceedings. You will also forge relationships with vendors and industry collaborators, ensuring compliance with US and international legal frameworks.

• JD with experience counseling toward risk mitigation, drafting motions and briefs, taking depositions, conducting oral arguments, leading settlement negotiations, and trial experience. Competition and regulatory litigation experience is a plus.
