Job Description & How to Apply Below

Seeking a hands-on Operations Coordinator who wants to learn how a growing manufacturing company runs, from the production floor to the loading dock. You’ll be the go-to person for getting things done across the business. That might mean grabbing a product from the warehouse, supporting a project, owning an action item from the leadership team, or stepping in wherever help is needed.

This is not an administrative or executive assistant role, and most of your time will be spent in the operation itself. It’s an role for a recent graduate building toward a career as a Production Manager, Operations Leader, or Supply Chain professional.

Responsibilities
  • Own and complete operational action items from the COO and other leaders.
  • Support projects across production, warehouse, and supply chain through research, data gathering, spreadsheets, and presentations.
  • Pitch in with warehouse and logistics work, including inventory counts, receiving, shipping paperwork, and runs between facilities.
  • Coordinate shipments, couriers, and last-minute logistics needs.
  • Manage local vendors and office operations, from scheduling service to tracking contracts, invoices, and renewals.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree, ideally in business, supply chain, operations management, industrial technology, or a related field.
  • 1–4 years of relevant experience, including internships, co-ops, campus leadership, or part-time work, plus an interest in a career in operations, manufacturing, or supply chain.
  • Self-starter who takes initiative, is comfortable with ambiguity, and brings a positive, no-task-is-too-small attitude.
  • Clear, professional communicator who works well with executives, vendors, and production staff, and handles sensitive information with discretion.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
