The Community Leasing Manager is responsible for managing all leasing and marketing activities for assigned sites. This on‑site role oversees lease administration, implements marketing plans, manages the leasing office day‑to‑day operations, and supervises the entire leasing staff.
What You Will Do Leadership and Staff Management- Lead and supervise all leasing staff to deliver optimal team performance and development.
- Provide guidance, training, and performance management.
- Develop marketing strategies and organize in‑house and external events.
- Ensure timely completion of all leasing and marketing reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
- Maintain brand and property standards.
- Collaborate with the Property Manager on special projects.
- Complete HR/People Operations tasks.
- Work full shift on‑site; availability for evenings, weekends, and move‑in/out events.
- Ability to lift and move objects up to 50 lbs.
- High school graduate; college degree preferred.
- 2+ years of property management or related experience.
- Demonstrated leadership skills.
- Proficiency in Office products and Windows & Apple operating systems.
- Student housing leasing with a proven track record.
- Social media marketing and content creation.
- Skills in Canva or similar design tools.
- Experience with Entrata or similar property management software.

Discretionary quarterly bonus of $10,000.
