Currently, we are seeking Warehouse Quality Manager candidates for a position based out of our operation in Madison, WI. where we support manufacturer in the area.

* Job Responsibilities:
**-Process engineering and validation-Developing and maintaining Quality Management System manual, procedures and standard work instructions-Identifying non-conformances with root cause corrective actions to mitigate occurrences and risk-Implementing quality objectives (KPI) across all departments for monitoring and measuring performance-KPI trend analysis-Forecasting operational capacity across all departments-Scheduling Layered Process Audits (LPA) and Process Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (PFMEA)-Inventory management and reconciliation-Standardized training procedure and developing associates-Continuous improvement projects with focus on lean and six sigma principles (PDCA, DMAIC & DMADV)-Developing and generating report card for supplier compliance
** The ideal candidate will possess knowledge and/or experience in the following areas:**-Experience in ISO: 9001, 2015 International Standard Certification-Experience in developing and implementing a Quality Management System-Lean and six sigma principles (PDCA, DMAIC & DMADV)-Understanding of the importance of PEAR in regard to Quality Management System-Experience in managing third-party audits to ensure compliance with regulatory standards

* · Bachelor’s Degree preferred
· Highly organized with a strong attention to detail
· Good oral and written communication skills
· Eager to learn
· Ability to make quick decisions
· Good work ethics
· Ability to meet deadlines
