Job Summary

As a District Manager, you will oversee multiple corporate dining accounts, ensuring exceptional food quality, operational excellence, and strong client relationships. This leadership role involves managing and mentoring a team of Account Managers and Directors of Dining Services while driving financial performance and regional growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Oversight:
    Monitor overall financial performance of accounts to ensure profitability and alignment with company objectives.
  • Policy & Compliance:
    Ensure consistent and fair administration of personnel policies across all accounts.
  • Strategic Planning:
    Manage regional planning, budget analysis, and reporting to support operational and financial goals.
  • Sales & Growth:
    Participate in the sales process to expand the region and strengthen client partnerships.
  • Team Leadership:
    Lead and develop a high‑performing team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 5–7 years of experience in contract food service management.
  • Multi‑unit management experience in food service is required.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence and inspire teams.
  • Proven financial acumen and ability to manage budgets effectively.
  • Ability to travel up to 70% to support clients in Wisconsin, Michigan, and Illinois.
