Founders 3 Management Company, in partnership with a new client, is seeking a Property Manager to lead a lease-up in the Madison market.
Responsibilities- Provide direct management oversight for the property.
- Lead the lease-up process and maximize NOI and asset value.
- Oversee property management operations, maintenance, tenant relations.
- Support maintenance staff, manage accounts payable, collections.
- Prepare annual budgeting, risk management and financial reporting.
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
- 3-5 years of residential property experience.
- Experience managing a lease-up (required).
- Strong Microsoft Office, financial reporting and executive-level communication skills.
- Preference for experience using Yardi or similar property management software.
