Founders 3 Management Company, in partnership with a new client, is seeking a Property Manager to lead a lease up in the Madison market. You will be involved in the lease up and management of this high‑end project. As the Property Manager, you will provide direct management oversight for the property, lead the lease up process, and maximize NOI and asset value.

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field of study
• 3-5 years of residential property experience
• Experience in managing a lease‑up is required.

• Financial reporting experience
• Executive‑level communication skills
• Experience using Yardi or similar property management software preferred
