Senior Project Manager – Construction

EPC Services Company, a leading power/utility engineering consultant and construction firm, has immediate openings for full‑time Senior Project Managers. Consideration for a remote‑work arrangement will be based on a candidate's level of industry experience in Project Management.

This senior professional project management role is for individuals with advanced skills related to the strategic planning and management of construction for electrical power, communications, and industrial facilities, including civil, structural and mechanical disciplines. A senior project manager is a key resource to general and executive managers in providing insight and counsel on high‑level business management decisions.

• Lead and manage program and general project management for large EPC turnkey projects.
• Oversee project financials, bidding, safety, field support, general administration, and training/mentoring of Project Managers and Assistant Project Managers.
• Report directly to the Branch Manager or higher leadership depending on the client and project.
• Occasional travel for monitoring and control of construction projects.

• Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Engineering Technology, or Construction Management.
• Minimum of 10 years’ project management experience with complex projects in transmission line or substation construction or a combination of education and experience of high‑voltage electrical systems.
• Prior experience in electrical design of substations / switchyards a plus.
• Excellent organizational, written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (basic spreadsheet structure, formatting, conditional formatting, shortcuts, basic formulas and keyboard navigation controls) and Vista (Viewpoint) software a plus.
• Ability to pass all company and client‑mandated drug and background checks.
• Occasional travel/driving required; subject to EPC Services’ auto insurance carrier requirements.
