The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in IT program and project management, a strong grasp of enterprise IT systems,
and proven experience navigating the complexities of M&A transactions. Exceptional communication and stakeholder
engagement skills are essential, as this role interfaces with leadership, technical teams, and external partners.
Timeline:This work is for approximately 12 months from the start date with the potential for extensions up to 18 months or more.
Deliverables include:Monitor multiple smaller or one large project through the execution of the transition process
Directing work/projects, controlling cost/schedule elements, management of resources, communications management,
reporting, and change management.
Coordinate and utilize resources for multiple projects in the program
Maintain and explain the program methodology, procedures and policies, consistently within the M&A rules and
guidelines.

Help establish IT M&A program one time cost estimates
Delivering programs on schedule, within budget, and in accordance to the specification.
Support the vendor selection and management process (scope, plan and milestone definition, operational issues,
deliverable & milestone approval, quality control, etc.). Manage vendor administration (invoice approval).

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $80.00 - $100.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
