The Manufacturing Engineer Lead ensures that manufactured components and assembled products meet company standards and objectives for the production of subsystems and systems.

• Demonstrate strong hands‑on production process development and problem‑solving abilities.
• Lead initiatives to optimize manufacturing layout and space utilization.
• Lead New Product Introduction (NPI) transitions from Engineering to Operations.
• Support production to achieve on‑time shipment (OTS) and revenue goals while maintaining high out‑of‑box quality (OBQ).
• Manage non‑conforming material (NCMR) and implement corrective actions.
• Implement Engineering Change Orders (ECOs).
• Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Physics, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field.
• Experience in manufacturing engineering, process improvement, or related areas.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work productively individually or as part of a group.
