Compensation: $19.00/hour - $21.00/hour + Productivity Bonuses

We are searching for a full‑time General Laborer at our recycling center location on our 1st or 2nd shift. This position comes with great opportunities for advancement!

• Cleaning baled material
• Assuring that recycling meets standards for purchases or disposal
• Assuring the safe operation of equipment while following company policies and procedures
• Performing daily clean‑up and processing of all material before close
• Performing other job‑related duties as assigned

• Highly motivated, self‑directed, and responsible for independent decisions
• Willing to learn and be trained on heavy equipment, compactor, baler, conveyor, and forklift machinery
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
• Regularly handle the lifting of up to 50‑pounds
• Ability to pass a pre‑employment drug screen and background check
