We’re hiring Machine Operator Trainees who are ready to learn a skilled trade. No prior experience is required – just mechanical aptitude, a team-first attitude, and the desire to grow. We provide hands‑on training to help you build a long-term career in print finishing.

• 2nd Shift: Monday-Friday, 3 PM – 11 PM ($0.75/hour shift differential)
• 3rd Shift: Sunday-Thursday, 11 PM – 7 AM ($3.00/hour shift differential)

• Set up and operate finishing equipment under trainer guidance
• Perform required quality checks and basic troubleshooting
• Clean, adjust, and lubricate equipment to keep it running smoothly
• Protect equipment, company property, and customer materials
• Accurately complete job tickets and documentation
• Communicate with supervisors and team members to meet schedules

• A positive attitude and a team-first mindset
• Mechanical aptitude (comfortable working with tools and equipment)
• Ability to read and use a standard ruler accurately
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs (with or without reasonable accommodation)
