We’re hiring experienced Finishing Machine Operators who want to make a meaningful impact and grow their careers in a hands-on environment. Experience with equipment such as Bobst, Sanwa, or Kluge is a plus, but what matters most is mechanical skill, reliability, and a team-first mindset.

What You'll Do- Set up and operate finishing equipment independently or under minimal guidance
- Perform required quality checks and basic troubleshooting
- Clean, adjust, and lubricate equipment to keep it running smoothly
- Protect equipment, company property, and customer materials
- Accurately complete job tickets and documentation
- Communicate with supervisors and team members to meet schedules
- A positive attitude and team-first mindset
- At least 6 months of experience operating print finishing or similar production equipment
- Experience with Bobst, Sanwa, or Kge equipment a plus
- Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions/job tickets
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs (with or without reasonable accommodation)
